Hirschy Vineyard began as a simple dream — to create something meaningful from the rich soil of the Yamhill Valley.

What started as a small family vineyard has grown into a beloved local destination where the art of baking meets the tradition of winemaking. Every loaf, every pastry, and every jar of preserve carries the character of this place — the morning mist rolling through the vines, the warm afternoon sun, the cool evening air.

We source locally, bake daily, and believe that the best things are made slowly. Our recipes have been passed down through generations, refined but never rushed. When you visit us on NE Yamhill Road, you're not just stopping for bread — you're stepping into a piece of Oregon history.
